What happens on the night? Never been to a Murder Mystery? You are in for a treat! Beginning with pre dinner drinks, larger than life characters mingle with guests, dropping clues and setting the scene. Throughout, you will witness the events leading to the dastardly deed. Then! Just when it all goes quiet... A shot! A scream and the first victim falls dead! Right in front of You! From then on, it's up to you and your fellow sleuths to interrogate the remaining suspects and take a stab at solving "Whodunit". BEWARE! This is just the beginning others may well come to a sticky end before the night is out. WARNING! Although you will experience an evening of high drama and dark suspense, you may well die laughing at the antics and shenanigans during the evening! Whoever unmasks the evildoer will win the "Sleuth of the Night Award". "I would like to thank you for your part in making the evening run so successfully. How does an Absolute Murder work? Each Absolute Murder Mystery is designed and set around a lunch, dinner or weekend. Starting with a drinks reception. Suspicious, larger than life characters mix with you and your guests, dropping clues and red herrings while setting the scene for what is to follow. Once in the dinning room and before any food is served, Our actors perform the first of a series of scenes, usually lasting around ten minutes. The first course is then served and the actors retire while you eat. Towards the end of each course the actors return for interrogation and the next scene, with guests free to interrogate suspects often creating comedy banter between guests and performers. While coffee is served, you are invited to solve the "Whodunit". A dénouement or a re-enactment of the dastardly deeds follows. Prizes or certificates are awarded for the winner and most defective detective. The whole event, depending on numbers attending, story-line and the interaction between guests and actors runs for between two and three hours. How do I book my Absolute Murder event? We often perform for as few as ten people and as many as three hundred, though most of our corporate events are for between thirty and eighty guests.
